Citilink
A mobile app for a store selling electronic, home, and office equipment
• Having joined the project during the prototyping stage, I completed it and developed an interactive prototype;
• Created designs for iOS and Android platforms;
• Communicated with the Product Owner on the client side;
• Created UI-Kit and a versioning support guide;
• Was responsible for design reviews and provided support during the development process;
• Prepared design transfer guides for the in-house team.

Due to the project's tight deadline for launch our team worked iteratively
We went through a total of three iterations. The first one included the MVP version with the necessary minimum for an online store. In the second iteration we included additional features such as favorites, reviews, questions about the product, product comparison, and an extended profile. And the final version included the UGC community.
Owing to the complex development process for two platforms including three iterations, I paid special attention to the organization of layouts: everything was based on components, auto layouts and styles. I prepared a guide for the in-house team where I described the principles of preparing layouts and content.

I created the MVP version of the design in a few months
The work was organized as follows: we discussed necessary features per iteration with the project manager and I designed the required screens based on the prototype. This way, we were able to transfer the design to development sooner and release the app first for Citilink employees, so that we could test it on them and promptly make changes based on the feedback we received.

The app has been available on AppStore and PlayMarket for two years since 2021
The design was handed over to the in-house team, which continues to work on the product and collect feedback.
